Aloha.
My story starts New Years Eve 2000. That was the day my mommy started to feel the first twinges of morning sickness. Later that week she found out she was pregnant with me. We had fun those first few months because mommy and daddy were getting ready to leave Hawaii and go to Georgia. My daddy is in the army and it was time for him to leave.
My first pics. Man was I a big baby. :-) I tried not to give mommy too many fits. I made her kinda sick for the first few months, but after that we got used to each other and everything went fine. I was a bit antsy to be born though, and started trying about 2 months before I was due. We had to spend the rest of that time in bed, and even stayed in the hospital for a week. That was fun because it meant daddy got to come home from Kosovo to help mommy around the house.
I finally made my grand entrance into the world on August 7, 2001 at 4:06 p.m. I weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. My mommy and daddy named me Xavier Alexander and a few days later my Tutu (Hawaiian for Grandma) added my second middle name Nakeonemana. My name means: Savior, Defender of Man, and the Gentleman. Geesh, I'm sure gonna have a lot to live up to, but mommy thinks I'm up to the challenge. :-)
As we were waiting for our discharge papers mommy decided to take a picture of me. Aren't I a cutie? She sure loves her camera. Oh well. Daddy's mom came up from Florida to visit for the first week. The very next week my Uncle Tim, Aunt Jody and cousins Reiley and Taelin came down from Pennsylvania. Next daddy's sister, my Aunt Nikki, came to visit for a weekend. Daddy's dad, grandpa's girlfriend, and daddy's grandma all came to visit me too. So did some of mommy's best friends, my Aunt Ginger, Uncle Joe, and Aunt Jen all came to visit me too. They had a little party for me and I got all kinds of presents. That was fun. Mommy's grandma also came to visit me, and she stayed with us for a whole month. I really liked that because she would sing to me, and rock me, and just cuddle with me all the time. :-) And then...
